Who we are and what we do
At Autimatic UK, we connect employers with talented autistic people—matching real business tasks to autistic strengths and supporting both sides so that success sticks. It’s a simple idea with powerful impact: precision, creativity and care brought into your workflows, with minimal disruption and measurable results.
Our purpose
Too often, exceptional talent goes untapped. Many autistic people who want to work are still locked out of the labour market. Autimatic exists to change that—by shaping roles around strengths, providing the right support, and delivering value for organisations from day one.
What we offer employers: the AAA services
We’re your match-maker for three complementary service lines—Administration, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence (A3I)—that unlock accuracy, throughput and insight across your operations. Explore the Employers hub for the full overview.
Administration
Detail-driven tasks thrive with autistic talent. From CRM management, documentation, translations and social media scheduling to accountancy assistance and credit control, we help you scale essential work without compromising on quality. Learn more about Administration.
Automation (RPA)
Free up your teams for higher-value work by automating the repetitive. Working with trusted software and service partners, our precise RPA developers can automate repeatable business processes—and where partial automation is best, we keep humans in the loop to handle exceptions cleanly. Explore Automation.
Artificial Intelligence (A3I)
Great AI starts with great data. Our A3I—Autism Augmented Artificial Intelligence offering brings exceptional focus to data annotation, cleaning and preparation. That means better models, faster. See A3I.
Across all three, clients tell us they value our craftsmanship (precision and detail), creativity (original problem-solving), care (low-impact integration), choice (task-to-strength matching), cost control (pay only for what you need) and CSR impact (inclusive hiring that strengthens culture).

Partnering for impact (care, education & community)
Real inclusion is a team effort. We collaborate with care providers, job coaches, educators and local partners to coordinate support around each person—prioritising strong cooperation, skills tuned to individual needs, on-demand assistance, clear communication and measurable progress. Delivery can be remote or face-to-face, and scales across regions without heavy fixed costs. Interested? Visit Partners.
